No Insurance Excess

All Peugeot Leasing rates include No Insurance Excess which is a huge plus.

Insurance Excess is the amount the client is responsible for in the event the rental vehicle is damaged or stolen. This varies according to supplier, but in France, for example, insurance excess ranges from EUR600-2100.

Paying an optional Excess Reduction charge can reduce or waive the insurance excess in the event of an insurance claim against damage or theft. Again, this charge ranges depending on the supplier, vehicle type and country, but in France, excess reduction charges range from EUR9-28 per day.

Potential Saving: Up to EUR840 (based on highest excess charge for 30 days rental).

Additional Drivers

Peugeot Leasing rates include free additional drivers. Although there are certain restrictions, there is no additional fee for extra drivers. In France, some suppliers have a free second driver but charge for drivers thereafter. This fee ranges from EUR20-43 per day.

Young Drivers Surcharge

The minimum age for Peugeot Leasing is 18 years old. With most suppliers, the minimum age for car rental is 21 and surcharges apply up to age 24. These surcharges vary depending on supplier and can cost up to EUR33 per day. Often, though, the surcharges are capped but can cost over EUR300.

Potential Saving: Up to EUR330 (based on highest young driver surcharge which is capped after 10 days).
